What to expect?

After you enter your name and press the “Connect with Service Representative” you will be prompted to download and run a small program that will instantly connect you with the support you need. When the application is open it will connect automatically.

How do I download and run the Customer Applet in Firefox?

By default, Mozilla Firefox does not prompt you to run an application after downloading. Usually, you will be prompted to save the file. We recommend you save the Customer Applet to the desktop.

The Customer Applet will be saved as an executable named Support-LogMeInRescue.exe and will appear as a white box on the desktop. Locate this file and double-click on it to run the Customer Applet and start the connection.
